Welcome to Secondary Character Productions and Development. With web-based technologies constantly evolving, it’s of the utmost importance to keep your systems up to date. Researching and utilizing the new capabilities inherent in any new technology is my specialty. I can bring your tried and true practices to a new level by incorporating new techniques, effects, and standards.
